How can I get the best burn from my candle?
For a perfect burn every time, we recommend the following:
- First Burn: Allow the wax to melt completely across the entire surface on the first burn. This can take 2-4 hours and will prevent "tunneling."
- Trim the Wick: Always trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn to ensure a clean, even flame and prevent sooting.

What is your return & refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
